Workplace Safety Culture

Workplace safety culture refers to the collective attitudes, beliefs, practices, and values that employees and management share regarding safety in the work environment.
Key components of a positive safety culture include clear communication of safety expectations, ongoing safety training, leadership commitment to safety and an environment where employees are encouraged to report hazards without fear of reprisal.
