Carnegie Mellon University

Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) was founded by philanthropist, Andrew Carnegie in the year 1900 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. CMU now has its campuses in Silicon Valley, Doha and Qatar also. It has 95,000 alumni from around 130 countries. It comprises of 12,000 students and 5,000 staff. CMU’s students are recruited by world renowned companies. It is always ranked among the top universities in the world. CMU is recognized for excellent academic record, innovative research activities and collaboration among various disciplines. It has been the house of inventions and discoveries.
