Neonatal mortality is the number of deaths of the neonates per 1000 births. The neonatal mortality is the present challenge of the WHO Academy. The present statics have shown that more number of neonatal deaths is increasing every year.The probability of the deaths is more in the under developed countries due to low medical facilities and nutritional defects. Presently the African countries have been recorded to have maximum number of the infant deaths. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity.
