Community Nursing Care
This service teams provide nursing care to patients in the community. This gives support for careers. Community nurses work faithfully with social services, hospitals and healthcare staff to facilitate a service to meet individual needs. The service helps patients with ill health and sick, and allowing them having the good possible life, while maintaining respect. Nurses working in the community are getting significant challenges in time of health reform, demands to make savings financially. When this is for nurses, a part of their workplace, media, and political attention is often present on hospital care, community services remain least visible
