Respiratory Endurance

Respiratory endurance is the ability of the human body to perform prolonged exercises from medium to higher levels of intensity. It is an important part of overall fitness of an individual. In this process the heart and lungs try to absorb, transport oxygen over an extended period of physical exertion. Sometimes the term endurance is also referred to as respiratory stamina. It is an indication of potential or strength of an individual.
