Community Health Nursing Care
Community Nursing is the creation of nursing and public health practice practical to indorse and protect the health of population. It combines all the basic fundamentals of qualified, clinical nursing with public health and community practice. It is a field of nursing that is a fusion of primary health care and nursing practice with public health nursing. The community health nurse demeanors a continuing and comprehensive practice that is preventive, curative, and rehabilitative. The idea of care is based on the belief that care concentrating to the individual, the family, and the group contributes to the health care of the population as a whole. The community health nurse is not limited to the care of a particular age or diagnostic group. Community health nursing is necessary at this point because it improves the health status of individuals ,families, groups and the community through straight approach with them.
