Dr. Moktar Hamdi is associated in the Laboratory of Microbial Ecology and Technology, Department of Biological and Chemical Engineering, National Institute of Applied Science and Technology (INSAT), Tunis, University of Carthage, Tunisia. His skills and expertise in Food Processing,Probiotics.He published 258 articles in different journals which are informative and got good citation.
