Biography

Canan Yurttas MD,is professor of anatomy at ege university,izmir,turkey.She has 25 years of teaching and research experience,including 2 years in munih at deapartment of neuroanatomy,5 month in aachen at department of cell biology and anatomy in germany.She is local coordinator between ege university and EURON,european graduate school of neuroscience and contributed as tutor and lecturer at the courses “from psychopathy to human neuroanatomy” in Maastricht and the “intensive brain course” in munih.She give lectures about neurostereology in Maastricht and Aachen in the framework of Erasmus +. Dr.Yurttas serves as lecturer at the department of neuroscience at ege universty.Her areas of interest include DTI imaging,neurostereology and,Klinger’s method of white matter dissection of the nervous system.
