Biography
Dr. Sabine Hildebrandt is a scientific officer for the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety BVL Unit 501 Method Standardization Berlin Germany Scientific researcher US Food and Drug Administration FDA Biomolecular Chemistry branch Maryland USA. She has received a PhD in Natural Sciences from the University of Hamburg Institute of Biochemistry and Food Chemistry in 2003-2007. She successfully completed the qualification as statecertified food chemist at 2007 and she has completed her MSc in Food Chemistry at the University of Hamburg Germany 2003.
Research Interest
