Yasar Barut is from Ondokuz Mayis University. His professional background is- Asst. Assoc. Dr. Deputy Head of Department, 1995-Continue. Ministry of Health Ankara Hospital Neuropsychiatry Service, Psycholog, 1986-1995. His educational qualification is-Ph.D. Hacettepe University Social Sciences Institute Psychological Counseling Guidance 1993, M.S Gazi University Social Sciences Institute Psychological Counseling Guidance 1988, BA Ankara University Faculty of Educational Sciences Psychological Counseling Guidance 1986.
