The function of a protein is directly dependent on its structure, its interactions with different proteins, and its place inside cells, tissues, and organs. The structure and characteristic of proteins is studied on a huge scale in proteomics, which enables the identification of protein biomarkers related to specific sickness states and provides ability goals for therapeutic treatment [1]. The determination of 3-dimensional protein structures at atomic resolution is beneficial in the elucidation of protein function, shapebased drug design, and molecular docking. [4]NMR: Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is used to obtain statistics about the structure and dynamics of proteins.
