Studies have shown that a healthy diet can help reduce the risk of developing certain types of cancer by supporting the body's natural defenses, reducing inflammation, and preventing cellular damage. An anti-cancer diet emphasizes nutrient-rich foods, antioxidants, and fiber [1], while minimizing processed foods, unhealthy fats, and excess sugar. This article explores how nutrition can play a pivotal role in cancer prevention, highlighting key foods, nutrients, and dietary patterns that can help lower the risk of cancer.
