Abstract

Family dynamics, parental mental health, and exposure to adverse experiences such as trauma or neglect can profoundly shape a child's emotional landscape [5]. Understanding the complexities of childhood mental health is crucial for parents, educators, and healthcare professionals alike [10].
The importance of childhood mental health
Mental health in childhood is critical not only for immediate well-being but also for long-term outcomes. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), half of all mental health disorders begin by age 14, and three-quarters by the mid-20s.
