While dietary supplements can offer benefits, they should not be viewed as substitutes for a balanced diet. This article explores the purpose, benefits, and considerations related to the use of dietary supplements.
Purpose of Dietary Supplements
The primary purpose of dietary supplements is to fill nutritional gaps in the diet.
