Emphasizing the importance of carbohydrates for energy, protein for muscle repair, and fats for sustained performance, this review provides evidence-based guidelines for daily nutrition and pre- and post-workout fueling. Additionally, it examines the role of supplements such as creatine, beta-alanine, and branched-chain amino acids in enhancing CrossFit performance.
