This strengths-based approach investigates the interplay of neurobiological, psychological, and environmental factors in promoting cognitive and emotional well-being. Evidence-based interventions derived from this framework aim to improve cognitive abilities, foster recovery, and enhance the quality of life for individuals across diverse settings. Positive neuropsychology thus provides a transformative perspective for research and practice in cognitive health.
