For individuals living with asthma, the constant need to manage symptoms, avoid triggers, and adhere to treatment plans can create significant challenges. These challenges often extend beyond physical symptoms to emotional, social, and mental health issues. This article aims to explore how asthma affects daily life and offer strategies to help individuals cope with these challenges, thus improving their overall well-being [1].
Methodology
