    This case report is unique due to the fact that the data presented involve a follow up time of about 45 years. The author advocates that even in the 20th century when new and hitech medical equipment were absent but proper diagnosis and careful invasive and non-invasive interventions were able to control and cure chronic diseases. The author presented the work in a nice and concise manner and the article is a true inspiration to young scholars and surgeons all over the world.
