Applying Green Analytical Chemistry for Rapid Analysis of Drugs: Adding Health to Pharmaceutical Industry

Abstract
Green RP- HPLC system for a rapid-fire analysis of olmesartan medoxomil (OLM) in bulk medicines, tone- micro emulsifying medicine delivery system (SMEDDS) and retailed tablets was developed and validated in the present disquisition. The chromatographic identification was achieved on Lithosphere 250 ×4.0 mm RP C8 column having a 5 μm quilting as a stationary phase using a combination of green detergents ethyl acetate ethanol (5050 v/ v) as a mobile phase, at an inflow rate of1.0 mL/min with UV discovery at 250 nm.
