Effective Outcomes sans Counselling in Individuals with Operational Neurodevelopmental Disorders Indicate the Success of Non-Counselling Interventions

Abstract
A retrospective study indicates that patients with Operational Neurologic Disorder may show improvement without psychotherapy. Our research findings corroborate this. The association between poor outcomes and high levels of somatization suggests that neurologists should consider symptoms beyond neurological ones; however, it does not necessarily imply the need for psychological intervention.
