This condition can lead to a wide range of adverse effects, including cardiovascular disease, weakened immune function, mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression, and impaired cognitive performance. Understanding the underlying causes of chronic stress is crucial for effective management and intervention. This abstract explores the primary sources of chronic stress, its potential consequences on health, and evidence-based coping strategies.
