Abstract

Psychological well-being is a multidimensional construct encompassing emotional, cognitive, and social facets that contribute to an individual's overall mental health and life satisfaction. This article explores the determinants and implications of psychological well-being, including personal resilience, social support, and environmental factors. By synthesizing recent research, it highlights the role of mindfulness, emotional regulation, and positive interpersonal relationships in fostering mental health. The discussion extends to practical interventions for improving psychological well-being, such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, workplace wellness programs, and community support initiatives. This comprehensive analysis underscores the importance of prioritizing psychological well-being for enhancing productivity, reducing mental health disorders, and promoting societal harmony.
