    This case report enriches the knowledge of its readers on the importance of early detection of such diseases. It is also very important to recognize the symptoms and suspect on all possible events related to early disease. We must be aware that early detection of the signs and symptoms of rare diseases can lead to disease control and its sustainability in a particular state as long as possible, if it is impossible to cure a patient.
