This approach integrates various disciplines and strategies to foster health equity and enhance overall well-being.Population health refers to the health outcomes of a group of individuals, including the distribution of these outcomes within the group. These groups can be defined by geography, such as a city or country, demographic characteristics like age or ethnicity, or specific health conditions.
