Abstract
Rice (Oryza sativa) has been recognized as a model for plant genomics analysis thanks to its little ordination size, correct ordination sequences characterised by co-linearity with the sequences of alternative cereal crops, high-efficiency transformation technology, and abundant germplasm resources. within the past decades, tremendous progress has been achieved in rice genomics analysis, which might be summarized into 3 aspects: (1) construction of technological and resource platforms for high-throughput cistron identification; (2) purposeful genomic analysis of citron networks for vital scientific discipline traits and biological processes; and (3) development of recent tools for characterization of novel genes. During this article, we tend to review the most progress achieved within the last ten years. we tend to conjointly gift our prospects for future studies
