    The article is highly interesting. The author narrated the whole process starting from diagnosis of the diseases, the surgical intervention performed by himself, the subsequent complications, lawsuits as well as the occurrence of Alzheimer芒鈧劉s disease in the same patient during the whole process. The author stressed on the discrepancies in the judicial system of Puerto rico as well as the degrading levels of healthcare practices.
