Abstract
The future of pediatric vaccination is rapidly evolving, driven by advancements in science, technology, and global health initiatives. As we face new challenges such as emerging infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and evolving pathogens, the need for innovative vaccination strategies has never been more urgent. This paper explores cuttingedge vaccine development, including the role of mRNA technology, nanoparticle-based vaccines, and personalized immunization approaches that consider genetic and environmental factors. Additionally, the implementation of these strategies across diverse global populations, particularly in underserved regions, is vital for achieving universal health coverage. By examining current trends and breakthroughs, this paper highlights the importance of expanding vaccination programs to combat preventable diseases and ensure a healthier future for children worldwide
