Research indicates that approximately 93% of communication is conveyed through non-verbal signals, highlighting the importance of understanding these elements. This article explores the significance of behavioral communication in fostering better relationships and collaboration, emphasizing the impact of body language and tone on message delivery. Strategies for enhancing behavioral communication skills are discussed, including active listening, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
