Abstract
Vaccine development is a critical process in public health, aiming to prevent infectious diseases and mitigate outbreaks. It explores the key challenges faced in vaccine development, such as the need for rapid response to emerging pathogens, ensuring safety and efficacy, and addressing public vaccine hesitancy. The article also highlights recent innovations, including mRNA vaccines and advanced adjuvants, and discusses the future directions for vaccine development. Emphasis is placed on the importance of global collaboration and equity in vaccine distribution
