Biography

Chao-Yang Pang received the B.S. degree in pure mathematics from the Sichuan Normal University, Chengdu, China, in 1993, the M.S. degree in applied mathematics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, in 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the UESTC, in 2002. He is currently a Professor with the Key Software Laboratory, College of Mathematics and Software Science, Sichuan Normal University. His research interests include the theory and applications of quantum computing and bionics algorithms in bioinformatics.
