Biography

Dr. Kirti Bardhan, in his current position as an assistant professor at Navsari Agricultural University, is able to inspire the next generation of scientists and workforce. He believes that teaching of plant biology is most challenging because of anthropocentric society causes students’ low interest and motivation as in school they were taught more about human and animals. And thus many people lost to know how fascinating plants are. He has improving understanding of different aspects of plant functioning by the use of blended and active learning pedagogy to undergraduates of horticulture.
