Livio Luongo

Biography

Dr Luongo is one of the most prolific neuropharmacologists in Italy, and his numerous publications have made him the winner of the Farmindustria prize for pharmacological research in 2012. He is currently an Associate Professor of  Pharmacology and Neuropharmacology at the Department of Experimental Medicine of the University of Studies of Campania "L .  Vanvitelli ”, where he coordinates a research group that deals with the identification of new pharmacological targets for chronic pain and neuroinflammation.
