Dr. Mutlaq Al-Sihan is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, University college Dublin with M.B.,B.Ch.,B.A.O. Degree, continued his ORL-HNS specialization board at the University Hospitals (Aerztekammer) in Germany, he is a certified sub-specialized Surgeon in reconstructive Head & Neck surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery in Germany . He is the Head of ORL-HNS council at the Ministry of Health, The Head of cochlear Implant, and the Head of Department at Zain Hospital, AlSabah Specialized Medical Area in the State of Kuwait.Publications
