Dt. Neila Zarrouk Currently affiliated to the Laboratoire de Physique de la Matière Condensée, Faculté des Sciences de Tunis, Université Tunis El Manar. Tunisia. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests in Low cloud amounts; Spherical harmonics; Wavelets reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.

In this work we have used monthly data series of low cloud amounts (LCA) describing the repartition and evolution of these cloud amounts in space and time.
