Training in general cardiology in Trieste (Italy), specialization in interventional cardiology in France

Biography

Originally from Rwanda, Dr Vladimir Rubimbura has a double FMH specialization in General Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He completed his pre- and post-graduate training at the University of Trieste in Italy with, as a specialization, cardiology. He then trained in interventional cardiology in France for six years in three recognized establishments: at Henri-Mondor University Hospitals (Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris), Clinique Les Fontaines (Melun) and Center Hospitalier de Forbach. More recently, he served as head of clinic in the cardiology department of the CHUV since the end of 2018.
