Atul B Shinagare

Biography

Dr. Atul Shinagare is a radiologist working in Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/ Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston. He is fellowship-trained in Abdominal Imaging and Cancer Imaging, which are his primary areas of interest. Currently he is focusing his work on uroradiology and GU oncoradiology. Being an academic radiologist to the core, he strives to balance clinical radiology, research and teaching. He believes that the perfect blend of clinical skills, knowledge of radiology, ability for thorough planning, meticulous data analysis and excellent writing skills culminate in well-written papers that allow readers to easily understand the importance, methodology, conclusions and clinical applications the research work. He is also a reviewer for various prestigious journals such as AJR and European Radiology.
