Dr James Chow is a Medical Physicist in the Radiation Medicine Program of Princess Margaret Hospital, University Health Network, Toronto, Canada, where he is also Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology in the University of Toronto. In addition, Dr Chow is Adjunct Professor in the Department of Physics in the Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada. He is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Physicist in Medicine in Canada and a member of the American Association of Physics in Medicine in the USA. Dr Chow is a member of the Canadian Organization of Medical Physicists, Institution of Engineering and Technology in the UK, Institute of Physics in the UK and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers in the USA. He is a Chartered Physicist and Chartered Scientist in the UK, and Professional Physicist in Canada. He is a member and reviewer of the Chartered Physicist Panel in the Institute of Physics in the UK, in addition to being an Associate Editor for the Medical Physics Journal and Editors for the World Journal of Radiology, ISRN Biomathematics and Open Journal of Radiology. He is a reviewer of a number of peer-reviewed journals such as Physics in Medicine and Biology, Medical Physics, International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology and Physics, Computer Physics Communications, Radiation Oncology, Journal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering Online.
