Biography

Manish Kumar Kasliwal did his medical school from prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India graduating in 2003 and completed a 6 year Neurosurgery residency from Neurosciences Center, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He has been actively involved in academics and has a number of publications in neuroscience with significant interest in clinical outcome following Neurosurgical interventions. He was awarded the AANS/CNS International fellowship award in Pediatric Neurosurgery as a visiting physician to Children’s Hospital, Boston. He completed a minimally invasive and complex cervical spine fellowship at RUSH university, Chicago and currently training at University of Virginia for his Complex spine deformity fellowship and will be graduating in June 2012. He is interested in understanding the clinic-radiologic correlations of various pathologies and believes that understanding the radiology is key to becoming a good physician.
