Biography
Dr.Riojas is a lead biologist focusing on detection and characterization of bacterial Select Agent pathogens for the Biodefense & Emerging Infections (BEI) Research Resources Repository at ATCC,which includes the investigation of sporulation in Bacillus anthracis.He earned his Ph.D from The University George Mason University.His current research interests include conducting,Research and development of new assays for detection and characterization of bacterial BSL-3, BSL-2, and select Agent pathogens and related species for the Biodefense & Emerging Infections (BEI) contract at ATCC
