However, the widespread adoption of biotechnology in fisheries and livestock sectors faces ethical, regulatory, and capacity-related challenges that must be addressed to ensure responsible and equitable deployment. Overall, biotechnology offers promising solutions to enhance food security, environmental sustainability, and economic development in fisheries and livestock industries worldwide.
