Accurate evaluation and differentiation are paramount for guiding tailored interventions and optimizing patient outcomes. This abstract provides insights into navigating ankle instability assessment, emphasizing the importance of distinguishing between acute and chronic instability, understanding underlying mechanisms, and employing a comprehensive evaluation approach.
