Abstract
Nasopalatine duct cyst is the most common intraosseous, non-odontogenic cyst of jaw, occurring in 1% of the population. They are present exclusively in maxilla, located in anterior midline of hard palate and hence are also referred to as "Median anterior cyst". It can occur at any age but is most frequently seen in patients aged 30 to 50 years, although cases in pediatric patients up-to 8 years of age have been reported. Here, we report a case of nasopalatine duct cyst in a 40 year old patient.
