Host-pathogen Interactions in the Infectious diseases. Because of this, the definition has been expanded to how known pathogens survive within their host, whether they cause disease or not. Infectious Diseases are disorders caused by organisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, or parasites. Infectious diseases may be of water borne, food borne, vector borne, air borne in human beings as well as in plants and animals. Infectious diseases basically emphasize on the pathogenesis of the bacteria and their therapeutic measures.

On the molecular and cellular level, microbes can infect the host and divide rapidly, causing disease by being there and causing a homeostatic imbalance in the body, or by secreting toxins which cause symptoms to appear. Viruses can also infect the host with virulent DNA, which can affect normal cell processes (transcription, translation, etc.), protein folding, or evading the immune response.

In order to accelerate the publication of papers, articles will be reviewed by members of the editorial board. The publication process will be fast-tracked as the timely availability of research is crucial to meeting and overcoming the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic.

Dipak Kumar Prajapati is a MD. Pathology, University of Nebraska Medical Center, United States of America. He has a vast experience in dealing with Concentration in Clinical and Experimental Pathology. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.

This call for papers on the theme of “Host-pathogen Interactions in the Infectious diseases” is intended to indicate insights and viewpoints from scholars regarding risk and resilience analytics for policy making and operations of large-scale systems on this epidemic. Authors are encouraged to submit their articles addressing the theme of this special issue.

This special issue will glance at recent trends and updates that aim to further insight to tackle the Host Pathogenic infections. Breakthrough research and concise and to the point review papers dealing with Innovative strategies in the field of Pathological Treatment and Diagnosis by using different strategic measures are welcome in this special issue. The articles should be designed spanning across all important aspects encompassing the thematic aspects of this special issue.
