Biography

Rhonda’s teaching and research interests have evolved from her industry and clinical experience as a pharmacist, and integrated with Master’s and Doctoral studies in exercise and sport science. Rhonda is an exercise scientist with expertise in sport-related concussion, injury surveillance and quantifying athlete performance and movement patterns in junior and senior athletes from grassroots to elite level in a range of team sports. Additional research comprises drugs in sport and antidoping. Rhonda also holds an honorary research position with the Children’s Hospital Institute of Sports Medicine and The Children’s Hospital, Westmead.

Anthropometric and Biochemical Effects of the 5 and 2 Diet: A Case Study

Objective: The aims of this paper were to undertake the 5 and 2 diet over a 5 week period to determine its effect on anthropometry, biochemical markers and psychological variables.
