Biography
Prof. Sumiko Yamamoto is currently working at Department of assistive technological science, Graduate School International University of Health & Welfare form Apr 2000. She holds PhD degree in General engineering, from Keio University in 1985. She is a member of International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics From 1985 up to now. From 2002 onwards she is working as Vice president of Japanese Branch of International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotic. She is also a member of Japanese Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics, Japanese Society of Rehabilitation Medicine, Japanese Society of Ergonomics and Japanese Society of Rehabilitation Engineering.
Research Interest
Prof. Sumiko Yamamoto research interests are Motion analysis of hemiplegic patients, Motion analysis of elder people and AFO biomechanics
