Biography
Dr. Xiaoyan Zhang obtained her Ph.D. degree from University of Louisville majoring in Pharmacology and Toxicology. She also held master degree from Fudan University and M.D. degree from Zhengzhou University in China. Currently she is working in Mount Sinai School of Medicine as a senior post-doc scientist in the Department of Pharmacology and Systems Therapeutics.She has published highly-cited articles in the prestigious peer-viewed journals.She has also been serving as reviewer for peer-viewed journals and been an active member in the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT) and American Association for Cancer Research (AACR).
Research Interest
Her research focused on drug metabolizing enzyme polymorphism, PK/PD modeling and simulation, characterization of both monoclonal antibody and small tyrosine kinase inhibitor in various cancer and autoimmune disease models.
