He graduated from, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in 2006 and received his Post graduate degree in Food Engineering and Technology in 2008 from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Punjab. He received his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur 2015. After completion of his PhD, he has worked as Post doctoral Research Associate at College of Food Processing Technology and Bio-energy, Anand Agricultural University, Anand, Gujarat, India. He joined as Assistant Professor in Department of Food Engineering and Technology, Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam in January 2017. His area of interest involves non-thermal processing, product development, optimization techniques, bioactives extraction from plant sources.
