Raj Kumar worked as a postdoc researcher at department of electronics engineering , University of Rome Tor Vergata, Rome, Italy in EU FP 7th project on QCM sensors and optical sensors devices based on ZnO NPs and porphyrin derivative nanomaterials for electronic nose applications for food, environmental, VOC, Oil, gas and biomedical applications.
Ph.D. degree had been awarded in Materials for Engineering with the thesis title (Thin Film and Nanowires of Transparent Conducting Oxides for Chemical Gas Sensing and LED Applications) in Fab. 2015, in an EU 7th Framework project ORAMA . ORAMA (Oxide Materials towards a Matured PostSilicon Electronics Era) is a 4 year European project presents a holistic approach to model, synthesize, characterize and certify oxides for electronic applications to overcome the limits of silicon based electronics and to catapult the electronics industry into a new era of growth.
