Liyang Hou is an associate professor of competition law at KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China). He received a Bachelor of Law at Beijing Institute of Technology, a Master of Law at China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing), and an LLM (magna cum laude) and a Doctor of Law at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium).Publications
