Biography
Graduated in Pedagogy from Faculdade Notre Dame (1980), Master's in Advanced Studies in Education from Fundação Getúlio Vargas-RJ (1987), Ph.D. in Communication from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1996), post-doctorate in Communication from University of Montreal, Canada (2001) and in Oral History by the Fluminense Federal University (2007). She is a researcher and collaborating professor at the Institute of Psychiatry at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Has experience in Communication, Mental Health and psychosocial rehabilitation, acting on the following topics: culture, adolescents, psychosocial risks, identity.
